There are things you can do before you take your medicine when you are sick.
If you have a physical or mental health problem, check these two things first.
1) Are you sleeping properly at night?
Ideally, you should go to bed at 10pm. Ideally, you should go to bed at 10:00 p.m. Ideally, you should go to bed at least before 24:00 p.m.
2) Are you chewing your food properly?
Eating food like you’re pouring it down your throat can cause stomach pain, loss of appetite, bloating, fatigue and various other symptoms.
